Aspiring Minds Consulting Company LLC. is owned and operated independently. There are no third party entities or organizations involved with use of any disclosures or information regarding consultant and client information. 

All clients are registered and contracted. The Data Controller is the CEO, and Legal person. All General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) Compliance rest with the CEO. This compliance measure determines the purposes of; makes material decisions; such as determining for which personal data is used, altered and/or disclosed. 

This ensures a legitimate basis for the processing of any data under subjects rights of privacy and protection. Data subjects (Clients) are nonetheless entitled to exercise their rights in respect of and/or against any information being disclosed. All clients are notified of their file status and when outside companies are inquiring about their business. 

Purposes of Collected Personal Data

Personal Data such as Resume, Business Licenses, ID, Certifications and other Business Documents are required for filing and Compliance Regulation purposes. This is also to maintain a safe audit for your business as well as properly monitoring and reporting.
